Stop talking DevOps, start talking Continuous Improvement!

Talk Abstract:

I believe 99% of the time the term ‘DevOps’ is misused. For example: if you have a fully-working CI/CD pipeline you haven’t “adopted DevOps”, you “started the journey towards DevOps”. What you did was starting on a journey of Continuous Improvement for your software engineering organisation, and there are common patterns in this journey. How about discussing them in this session? It is going to be – hopefully! – all about “making the next step” and continuing on this journey on a better pace.
