Submitted by Ceri Newton

Talk Abstract:

This interactive session will look at the ways we can identify the most likely causes of project failure, so that we can get on and do something about them (or at least: forewarned is forearmed, right?) You'll come away with some tools and methods you can use with your team right away, so that you stop c*ing things up - and start moving forwards instead.
